Yes, I've used a few slotted connections, a few magnets (for some removable panels) and lots of small locating pins/dowels.
With most of the ship being not "quite" symmetrical, it's important that the panels are assembled in the correct location and orientation.
This can be hard to tell looking at some of the pieces, so I have added a few "marker" holes to help with orientation (they will be hiddem by the styrene plating).
There's just so much to think about! I'm sure you know what I mean
I'm working on my tolerances at the moment to try and make sure that everything will fit together as it should...
