Thanks for the help guys. I'll give the heat a try. If this will affect the paint the whole thing might be screwed. I primered the cargo containers a long time ago but haven't noticed any issues with them. I guess it might just be certain parts that have this issue.

I'll give painting a few small sections a try too to see what happens. If baking it in the oven will fix it then there's hope.
