This is my SHADO Mobile from UFO.
I got hold of a Tiger Joe tank for the wheels and tracks.
I made a balsa wood body and then made a mold, using plaster of paris bandages.
Into this I slush casth polyurethane resin.
I was able to source most of the kit bashed parts, though a few were impossible to obtain so I scratch built those.
The chasis is made of perspex with suspension springs made from old junior hacksaw blades.
The crew are converted from Star Wars figures, which appear to be about the correct scale.
