I had the same problem. Very hard without a lathe... The scribings are about 1 mm wide and 0.3mm - 0.5mm in depth. I made a tube from sheet paper which was able to slide around the acrylic pipes, this way I was able to draw the lines perfectly parallel. Then I used dymo tape as a guide to my home made scribing tool (I made it only for the Bomber), using the lines. I should have used PVC pipes (as ILM used) because it's softer and easier to scribe than acrylic... Took me a whole night to get all the lines done.
Hammer, your bomber looks great. I cant see any problem with the wing extensions...
