I'm happy to have this little fellow to go with the ROTJ AT-ST. Now Im miss an AT-AT... probably the next walker ! Ive already collected all the parts for it, just need the armature to be machined...
Jase, it depends of the model but for this one I used Tamiya primer (spray can, as usual), for this one I airbrushed the basecoat (when ILM used a spray can, I do because the result is not the same).
I used Tamiya acrylic for the basecoat, Humbrol enamel for washes, fine details (scratches etc) and modulation and oils from Winsor&Newton for washes, paint chips and modulation.
I've done some more work on the feet :
