Help with part ID

Dave, thanks for your help, you're right that particular part from the T34 looks close but it's too big and it's also missing some of the details. There's also a part in the Marder that looks similar but it's also not correct. This part does look like it's from a Tamiya kit but I've looked at all possibilities and haven't found it yet. I also think that it could be two or even more parts clustered together, still I have this feeling that I have seen this part somewhere before.
