So, had some kind words with Deagostini USA.
Plans are to bring the kit as 25 monthly magazines to North America. Timeframe is early 2015.
I am led to understand production is indeed underway...inventory, build guides, etc.

I personally think it looks very nice and will assuredly be purchasing the subscription.
