Wood or a cast armature just wouldn't do!
Again back to modelling in 3D.
Getting back to what i mentioned before in trying to emulate the hand finished nature of the work. Notice that each corner blend is different and quite a bit different from front to back
Same basic process as the HDF plugs, plan how to attack the part, tooling, holding, g-code.
Thats it for now, Hopefully more will be done today.
