You and all have done an incredible job finding so much of this. The last couple of parts if you cant find them could be scratched/subbed pretty easily or of course theres always printing these days if you know anyone thats good with a computer to draw the parts up. You could get those printed if the analtivity level is high enough.
Part B could be a model part or even something else like a couple of control knob from something.
