This is looking great. The ribs are giving me flashbacks to the Concept Raider scratch build I did a few years ago. I noted your comment about problems getting the top of the hull to meet the tunnels. On the concept raider was having similar issues (though probably not as complicated). I decided to do 2 layers of of top surface to help solve this. I did the first layer more as a structural top layer glued down tight to the tops of the ribs. I left slight gaps around the hard-to-fit areas. Then I surfaced that with a thinner layer of styrene that was easier to work with and test fit to all of those areas. This was a little more work but a much better result in the long run. Not sure if you can do it the same with the Falcon but maybe an idea.
