Funny that you mentioned the lights. I happen to have a few bulbs that look very similar to what I've seen in the reference photos. I haven't measured them yet so not 100% sure they are right. I got them years ago from a doll-house store. At the time that was the only place I could find miniature lights. They were for a little diaorama that I never finished. They look like tiny incandescent bulbs that actually screw into sockets. I'll take a pic tomorrow.
