Im skilled with a lathe and a milling machine, the isnt any real easy way to do one on a lathe, i suppose it could be done, it would be tough.
The best bet would be a CNC machine.
The eggs that i have are white and light blue and are styrene and incredibly fragile, you could cast them up, wouldnt take much resin, and be more dense and a bit heavier.
i need to get a few more sets myself.
