A-Wing 1/24 scale build of modelnutz's kit - Scott Graham - 01-04-2010
Hi all,
Here's the closest I could get to the my collected reference. It was a fun kit to build, and nearly as simple as the despatch pod. I lit up the engines and the screens in the cockpit. The pilot's head was replaced and I sculpted a helmet for it. I'm thinking that this might not be 1/24 scale since the pilot is so small in the cockpit. In the actual studio model, the pilot is a bit bigger in there. I might go back and put the hoses that go from the engines to the fuselage.
I built a base representing, simply, the Death Star 2 being built. The orange construction bits could be duller, and more sophisticated...maybe something to do in the future.

Hell Scott Im glad Ive hounded you to post up mate. Your work is really good. That is a fantastic build buddy. I just love A Wings & that looks outstanding! I gotta get that kit real soon...

Very cool seeing these kits getting built and not just sitting in the "stash" !
Yet another sweet looking build-up....kudo's to you sir !
Someday, I'll have to build one up for myself ;-D
