Battlestar Galactica - Wombat - 11-14-2009 Well this is the kit from Timeslip Creation's that George put out.A fantastic little kit with an incredible amount of detail for it's size. It's about the same size as the Revell kit, which was all that was available until this one came along.I have to say,Scott really did an amazing job with the master pattern on this one! Again a simple but very affective paint job. excellent build mate. When you first poted this I thought it was a Big G & you were screwin with me cause I know you haven't built a Big G. Yet. RE: Battlestar Galactica - Wombat - 11-15-2009 ^ If a SS Galactica went together like this we'd all have one!! LOL. Not many pieces to this one and it measure's up around 450mm dude. The weathering was something i was told about while doing it.Being a large capital ship it was mentioned not to over do it as it would make it look small, which makes sense as well. Anyway, thanks again mate!
RE: Battlestar Galactica - dbhs - 11-21-2009 Nice job, Phil. It does look a lot bigger that it is. RE: Battlestar Galactica - 3d-builder - 11-22-2009 Nice look'in kit and great work to get it there!!!!! |
